Maybe you can relate to this? I can remember my son running actual circles around me while I laid on the couch wondering how I was going to find the energy to make it through another day of momming to turn around and go to my stressful corporate job. The brain fog was so bad I thought I was losing my mind and worried it if I might lose my job.

I tried it all, nothing worked.

I started combining different strategies. I took what worked for me from a diet perspective and started trying to pair it with various exercise strategies. After years of trial and error, I discovered my Method. Now I spend my time teaching other women how to lose weight in an effective and sustainable way, so they don’t ever have to feel like I did.

  • With the challenge start dates you will start the program at the same time as cohort group. You stay enrolled in the program only for the duration of the session. You will have the option to join the membership at the end of your session to continue your journey, and receive updated workouts.

    With the membership you can enroll in The Empowered Method membership at any time. We have changed this structure to offer the highest level of flexibility.

  • You will receive a welcome email (check spam!!) and immediate access to all course and workout materials.

    You will begin receiving daily emails for the first 7 days of your membership to help you get started.

    You will also receive weekly emails for the first 7 weeks to set you up for the highest level of success. This will help ensure you don’t sign up and immediately fall off. We’ve got you!

  • No! Nothing else is required in order to see fantastic results while following my program.

    At times we share favorite foods, supplements, tools, etc.

  • The Empowered Method is hosted in a Facebook community group. Daily check-ins are done in the Facebook group.

    The live coaching sessions are hosted on Zoom Video Conferencing.

  • My policy on questions is that no question goes un-answered in my groups. The best place to get your questions answered quickly are on our group coaching page and in our live coaching sessions. Should you have a question that is personal in nature you can reach me at coaching@lindseybush.com. PLEASE do not send questions via FB message or instagram DMs as they are easily lost! I am HAPPY and honored to questions, I simply ask that you follow my procedures so I am able to most effectively run our program.

  • The only difference between the two options is the level of coaching and support. The full version of The Empowered Method includes daily accountability in our Facebook group, weekly zoom coaching, and weekly coach check-ins are included. Direct access to Lindsey and the other T.E.M. coaches is hugely beneficial. None of the additional support is included the DIY version.

  • You will have access to the course and all workouts as long as your membership is active. You are encouraged to download all of the PDF guides that you would like to keep! Access to materials will cease when membership is cancelled.

  • Our workouts average 35-45 minutes. On occasion you will find a workout slightly shorter or slightly longer.

    I’m a firm believer that something is always better than nothing. If you don’t have time for a full workout, I encourage you to set a timer for the amount of time you DO have and get in what you can.

  • The workouts are structured to be completed at home or in a traditional gym setting. Recommended home gym items: Light/Moderate/Heavy sets of dumbbells, Long resistance bands with door anchor, looping resistance bands. Access to a workout bench or chair is nice to have, but not required.

    You will need an inexpensive food scale to ensure you are adequately fueling your body based on your custom macros.

  • That's totally okay! The workouts are written to be easily modified for a beginner, but will also be extremely effective for someone more advanced. To modify the workouts you can decrease sets and reps until you feel ready to progress further.

  • The short answer is no. You are provided a 7 day sample meal plan, snack guide, approved foods list/grocery shopping list, meal prep guide, and recipes. My goal is to teach you how to eat foods you actually enjoy. You will learn how to effectively track and manage your macros to fuel your body so you can maintain your results for the long haul.

  • Absolutely! I look forward to reviewing your intake form and creating a calorie/macro profile tailored to your body stats and goals.

  • Daily accountability check-ins in our Facebook group, zoom coaching sessions, and weekly email check-ins are included.
